They also have a great receptionist/greeter, Brooke showed me the bedding dept and found me a sales person. The guys had to deliver the mattress, frame and box spring on a very steep roof and they did great. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything but ended up doing business with them. The sales people were very knowledgeable about what was a good fit for my husband and I. Had a great experience buying my bed with Ruby and Quiri. Just got off the phone with the service department and they were prompt and courteous. He put up with my fickle mind changing and helped me make great choices. If he didn't know an answer, he found it. My salesperson Josh was the best! He was patient, courteous and very informative.

One stop shopping at it's best! New to the area and I did a kitchen renovation so I got appliances and my backsplash there plus several pieces of furniture. Thank you especially, Ariel, for being so understanding of the customers needs. The staff was very courteous and professional. Thank God seeing my washer was on its way out. Was promptly taken care of, and delivery was extremely fast. We have purchased from them in the past and every experience has been tops in customer satisfaction.

The deliverymen were very careful with both the install and removal of our defunct refrigerator. She explained to the owner our predicament and he sold us the floor model and delivered it the very same day (we are about 20 miles from store). Their salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We went to Ruby & Quiri the next morning. We had company and a family get together planned for the next day. Our refrigerator expired one evening without any warning. They answered our questions and made sure we were aware we could call with any further questions at any time

The young men who delivered the appliance and removed the old one, were very professional and quick. Had multiple delivery options that suited our schedules.
