But I highly recommend World of Goo both coop and single player. It's really got me high on the 2DBoy games and I think it's time I go through the rest of the catalogue. I play a little bit of everything and to have a goal that you're literally building towards, and then when your partner fucks up and it doesn't make you mad, it must be doing some things right across the board. Like, it fulfills just through the first world, a part of me I didn't know had a itch that needed to be scratched. It felt like a brand new experience at its Switch launch, but never even had the thought cross my mind to play the game in its coop state.įortunately in an odd turn of events, I wanted to film a show around NBA playgrounds for like 3 weeks and have been scrapping near the end of the coop play list of Switch, I was like 'oh yeah, world of goo huh?' This was also something I played when it launched on Steam, but almost every minute of it was lost somewhere deep inside my brain.

I didn't know what to expect outside of the core single player experience, which I just completed ~roughly around the launch of the Switch.
